Note: The has must be configured in Accurics for SSO to work. After adding a user, an onboarding email will be sent to the user to set up the password. However, the user can ignore that email and proceed to log in through SSO.
- Sign in to Accurics Console as an Admin user.
- In the left pane, click Users and click Add a new user.
For more information, see Manage Users.
- Specify the name of the user.
- In the Email field, enter the email address that exactly mach to the SSO user associated with the enterprise application.
- Click Create to add a new user.
